At CortexEnlight, we want you to feel confident about your investment in financial modeling education. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting the integrity of our educational programs.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. That's why we've created this straightforward policy that covers different situations you might encounter during your learning journey with us.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under these specific conditions:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment
  • You have completed less than 25% of your enrolled course content
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing course materials for more than 5 business days
  • Course content significantly differs from what was described at enrollment
  • You experience a documented medical emergency that prevents course completion

Important Notice

Refunds are not available once you've accessed more than 25% of course materials or after the 14-day window, except in cases of technical failure on our end or documented medical emergencies.

Refund Process

Getting a refund is straightforward when you meet the eligibility criteria. Here's exactly what happens:

Contact Our Support Team - Email help@cortexenlight.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request
Eligibility Review - We'll review your account within 2 business days to confirm eligibility based on our policy criteria
Approval Notification - You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is approved, including processing timeline details
Payment Processing - Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within the specified timeframe

Credit Cards
3-5 business days after approval
Bank Transfers
5-7 business days after approval
Digital Wallets
1-3 business days after approval

Special Circumstances

We recognize that life sometimes throws curveballs. Here's how we handle unique situations:

  • Medical Emergencies: Documentation from healthcare provider required for refunds beyond standard timeframe
  • Technical Issues: If our platform prevents access for over 5 business days, full refunds available regardless of progress
  • Course Cancellations: If we cancel a course, you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days
  • Military Deployment: Active duty deployment orders qualify for full refunds with proper documentation

Non-Refundable Items

Some services cannot be refunded once provided:

  • One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already occurred
  • Downloaded course materials and resources
  • Certificate fees once certificates have been issued
  • Administrative fees for payment processing

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on course completion percentage and specific circumstances. Each situation is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

Course Transfer Options

Sometimes a different course fits better than a refund. Before requesting a refund, consider these alternatives:

  • Transfer to a different course within 30 days of enrollment
  • Defer enrollment to a later session (up to 12 months)
  • Switch from group to individual learning format

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision, you can request a review by our education director. We'll reconsider your case within 5 business days and provide a detailed explanation of our final decision.

All refund disputes should be submitted in writing to help@cortexenlight.com with subject line "Refund Review Request" and include your original correspondence.
